Who we are

What we collect
Your name, contact details and delivery address; order and payment status (we never receive full card numbers); messages you send us; technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders (contract), to keep accounting records (legal obligation), to answer questions and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and to send newsletters only if you agree (consent).
Who receives it
Delivery partners (Omniva, Unisend, DPD), payment providers and banks, our IT and hosting providers and our accountant – each only what they need for their task.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for 5 years as required by Latvian accounting law; account data until you delete your account; marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@glancis.example.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the cart, login and language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
Complaints
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
